現場のＳＥを支援するコンサルみたいな立場なんだけど、技術的な各論から入ったら現場のプロマネクラスにかなうわけないですよね。そこでいかに原則論というか、考え方を示してそれを相手に考えさせるか。
現場での経験や製品の知識を深く知ることも重要だけど、それだけで意見するのではなく例えば提案書にこう書いていますがこれはどんな要件や（RFPや仕様書にない）想定を元にしていますか、とかね。
今回は失敗だったけど、なんで発言出来なかったか、発言するにはどういう切り口で考えればいいかってのはちょっと理解した。
ただ、たまに打合せで「この人上司に自分が技術知ってるってことをアピールしたいだけだな」（しかも当たり前のことだったりする）とか「この段階まで来て何言ってんだこの人は」って人に遭遇したりすることもあるので、そうは思われないように気をつけないと。。( ゜д゜)
